2025 Fall Giveaway Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. GET A QUOTE OCTOBER 1st, 2025 THROUGH OCTOBER 24th, 2025 FOR AUTO AND/OR HOME INSURANCE, AND YOU’LL BE AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED IN THE GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE OF INSURANCE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Capital Gate Insurance Group (“Sponsor”), located atwww.cgig.com.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to residents of New York State, owners of property in New York State, or have a vehicle(s) registered in New York State and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Capital Gate Insurance Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or households are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins on October 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM EST and ends on October 24, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must request an auto and/or home insurance quote from Capital Gate Insurance Group during the Promotion Period. Eligible participants will automatically receive one (1) entry upon completion of a valid quote request. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.
Disclosure: Obtaining a quote is for entry purposes only and does not guarantee eligibility for insurance coverage, issuance of a policy, or specific premium rates. All insurance applications are subject to standard underwriting guidelines and approval by the carrier.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Yeti Cooler. The approximate retail value (ARV) is $250. A Capital Gate Insurance branded towel and three different $25 gift cards from Amazon, Stewarts, and Dunkin. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about October 30, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be notified via email, phone, or social media direct message within five (5) business days. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize.
10. Disputes
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without respect to conflict of law principles. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree that all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties individually, shall be resolved through New York Mediation, without resort to any form of class action, or through a Court of Law.
11. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated onwww.cgig.com.
